If you need to be able to keep an eye on your patients outside of their appointments, our Hex Remote Monitoring solution is made for you.

Using an app and a selection of hardware, we are able to efficiently monitor at-risk groups outside the clinical setting during more constrained periods. The user-friendly design allows for easy adoption and straight-forward understanding of each patient’s health status. The pulse oximeter and digital thermometer capture data whilst worn by the patient and transmit the information to the clinician’s dashboard as well as to the patient's Electronic Health Record (EHR) via the Hex Remote Monitoring application.

The solution offers full interoperability with EHRs and coding records, and the server is HL7-FHIR compliant.
