Jean-luc Bressard
Chief Executive OfficerJean-Luc Bressard is the Founder of HexTransforma Healthcare and the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding the company, he successfully created and ran firms in the Recruitment, Management Consultancy and Property investment sectors. Jean-Luc specialises in business strategy, organisational transformation and excellence, and has more than 25 years of experience transforming the fortunes of global firms, latterly in the Medical Devices and Health Sectors. He has worked in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South East Asia, and has a truly global grasp of business operations and management.
Andrew Skyrme
Chief Medical Officer / Chair, Medical Advisory PanelAndrew Skyrme FRCS is the Chief Medical Officer at HexTransforma Healthcare. In addition to his role with the company, Andrew is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. His interests lie principally in lower limb surgery and he is one of the busiest hip surgeons in the country, specialising in complex hip surgery including revision hip surgery as well as uncemented and cemented replacements.
Andrew uses a variety of bearing surfaces including metallic surfaces, ceramic and also the more traditional metal on polyethylene (plastic). The principal types of hip replacement that Mr Skyrme uses include the Trident uncemented cup (Stryker), the Omnifit uncemented Stryker stem, the Exeter stem and also the Birmingham resurfacing.
David West
Non-Executive ChairmanDavid West FCCA is the Non-Executive Chair of HexTransforma Healthcare and has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare market.
As European CFO of Covidien Healthcare, a leading medical device company, David led multiple integrations of the European business, merging Kendall Healthcare, Davis and Geck, Autosuture and Mallinckrodt, into a $2.8 billion European business. David also led the establishment of shared service centres for both Finance in Prague and Customer Services in Dublin.
Most recently David was Vice President Europe with Smith & Nephew, a leading Orthopaedic Implant and Sports Medicine Company, where he led the European Integration of business units and acquisitions. His extensive experience in senior roles in the healthcare market will help guide and assist the company in driving ongoing growth.
Marc Pacifico
Non-Executive Director / Medical Advisory PanelMarc Pacifico is one of the leading plastic surgeons in the UK and a Non-Executive Director on our board.
He has experience in all areas of aesthetic surgery, but his main interests are in breast, facial and abdominal surgery. His expertise lies in facial rejuvenation surgery including facelift surgery, neck lifting, and eyelid surgery. He is also well known for lip lift procedures for which people travel to see him from far and wide.
Marc was awarded the Ian McGregor ‘gold’ medal for coming top in the UK in the FRCS (Plast.) exam. He has been comprehensively trained in the most advanced techniques in aesthetic surgery both in the UK and during the time he spent working in Melbourne, Australia.
Mark Fellows
Non-Executive Director / Medical Advisory PanelMark Fellows is a Non-Executive Director on our board. In addition to his role at HexTransforma Healthcare, Mark runs a thriving family practice with a 40-year history in treating patients in East Sussex.
He graduated with distinction in 2002 from St Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Dentistry and gained membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in 2005. During his career, he has worked in hospitals as part of a specialist maxillofacial team and in General Practice. In 2012 he completed a Master’s degree in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol.
Flora Adam
Chief Commercial OfficerFlora joined our team from her previous role with Frankie & Benny’s in November 2020 to lead our Marketing and Product Management teams.
She is responsible for the company’s Go-To-Market strategy and her interest lies in brand and business development. Flora believes healthcare is changing and has joined HexTransforma Healthcare to support the digital transformation the sector is undergoing to help serve patients better. She aims to make a difference in patients’ lives by facilitating access to healthcare around the world and put patients more in control of their own care.
