Jean-luc Bressard


Mr. Jean-Luc Bressard is the founder of HexTransforma Healthcare and Brit-Med.com and a member of the Executive Board.

Prior to founding HexTransforma, he successfully created firms in the Recruitment, Management Consultancy and Property investment sectors. In addition to building new businesses, Jean-Luc specialises in business strategy and organisational transformation and excellence and has more than 25 years experience transforming the fortunes of global firms, latterly in the Medical Devices and Health Sectors. Jean-Luc has worked in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia and has a truly global grasp of business operations and management.

Andrew Skyrme

Chief Medical Officer / Chair, Medical Advisory Panel

Mr. Andrew Skyrme FRCS is Chief Medical Officer at HexTransforma Healthcare, Brit-Med.com, and a member of the Executive Board.

In addition to his role at Brit-Med.com, Andrew is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. His interests lie principally in lower limb surgery, and he is one of the busiest hip surgeons in the country.

Andrew specialises specifically in complex hip surgery including revision hip surgery and uncemented and cemented replacements.

Andrew uses a variety of bearing surfaces including metallic surfaces, ceramic and also the more traditional metal on polyethylene (plastic). The principal types of hip replacement that Mr Skyrme uses include the Trident uncemented cup (Stryker), the Onifit uncemented Stryker stem, the Exeter stem and also the Birmingham resurfacing.

David West

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. David West FCCA, is the Non-Executive Chair of HexTransforma Healthcare Limited.

David has over 25 years experience in the healthcare market. As European CFO of Covidien Healthcare, a leading medical device company, David led multiple integrations of the European business, merging Kendall Healthcare, Davies and Geck, Autosuture and Mallinkrordt, into a $2.8 billion European business. David also led the establishment of shared service centres, for both Finance in Prague and Customer Services in Dublin.

Most recently David was Vice President Europe with Smith and Nephew, a leading Orthopaedic Implant and Sports Medicine Company, where he led the European Integration of business units and acquisitions.

David’s extensive experience in senior roles in the healthcare market, will help guide HexTransforma through its launch and assist in driving ongoing growth.

Marc Pacifico

Non-Executive Director / Medical Advisory Panel

Marc graduated from St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College and undertook his surgical training in a number of prestigious hospitals in London.

His specialist plastic surgery training started at Charing Cross Hospital, London and from there he spent 5-years at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, during which time he completed his doctorate on improving outcomes in melanoma.

Subsequently he trained at The Royal Free Hospital, London and Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, where he worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon for 8-years.

Marc was awarded the Ian McGregor “gold” medal for coming top in the UK in the FRCS (Plast.) exam. Marc has been comprehensively trained in the most advanced techniques in aesthetic surgery; both in the UK and during the time he spent working in Melbourne, Australia. It was in Melbourne that he undertook the Advanced Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the internationally renowned Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery. He has experience in all areas of aesthetic surgery, but his main interests are in breast, facial and abdominal surgery.

Mark Fellows

Non-Executive Director / Medical Advisory Panel

Mark graduated with distinction in 2002 from St Bartholomew's and the The Royal London School of Dentistry.

He has gained membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in 2005. During his career, he has worked in hospitals as part of a specialist maxillo facial team and in General Practice.

In 2012 he completed a Masters Degree in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol. In addition to his role at HexTransforma Healthcare, Mark runs a thriving family practice with a 40 year history in treating patients in East Sussex.
